Tuesday's are for Tabata. This HIIT is 20 seconds of a hard effort with a 10 second rest for 8 rounds straight. The goal is to keep moving consistently and keep the heart rate elevated. There are multiple exercise pairings as you rotate through the circuit.
Thursday @ 12:10pm-12:50pm we present Turf Warz. This circuit based class takes place in a separate turf facility where we'll use sleds, battle ropes, med ball circuits, and more!
