Adult Fitness Classes 

M-W-F @ 6am, 12 noon, 430pm  - Functional Strength Class 
T-Th @ - 6am, 12 noon, 430pm - HITT Class

M-T-W-Th-F @ 430pm - Open Gym 

Saturday @ 830am - HITT Class

 

Tuesday's are for Tabata. This HIIT is 20 seconds of a hard effort with a 10 second rest for 8 rounds straight. The goal is to keep moving consistently and keep the heart rate elevated.  There are multiple exercise pairings as you rotate through the circuit.

 

Thursday @ 12:10pm-12:50pm we present Turf Warz. This circuit based class takes place in a separate turf facility where we'll use sleds, battle ropes, med ball circuits, and more!

All of our sessions at Synergy are designed to help you move better, feel better, and ultimately perform better. 

You deserve more than a random bootcamp or a WOD.
