Mobility Assessments

Force Plate Assessments

Force plate assessments provide valuable insights into an athlete's performance by measuring ground reaction forces during various movements. This data allows coaches and trainers to analyze an athlete stability, strength, and power output. By interpreting these metrics, personalized exercise programs can be developed to target specific weaknesses and enhance overall athletic performance.

 Speed and Agility Sessions

Enhance your performance with our high-performance athlete training programs designed to build a full athletic profile. We will challenge athletes in multiple planes of motion to prep their body to compete using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands and bodyweight.

Athlete's will be able to follow along with our speed and and agility programs to teach them to move their newly acquired muscle and develop a higher skill in athleticism.  With the use of sleds, bands, hills and more, we are looking to build athletes ready to conquer their sport demands.

Athlete First Approach

At Synergy we look at the athlete first when developing the program. We perform fitness and movement assessments to determine where the athlete is currently and where  attention is needed. If we were to bypass these assessments, then we would just be putting the athlete at higher risk for injury in which would defeat the purpose of training. With these assessments we then create a baseline for that athletes profile so we can then also measure the success of the training system. 


Training for a sport is also a commitment and there is no quick fix approach. That is why we need to spend a greater length of time in these programs to allow for a greater adaptation. The top players in the world train consistently for years in order to perform at the highest level, so a generic 4 week program will not bring you from the bottom to the top. 


The body has a simple rule. If you don't use it then it will lose it.

Youth Summer Sport Training

Off-season training that will elevate an athlete's performance going into their next big season! Discover our variety of training programs tailored to your fitness goals. From strength training to cardio, we have something for everyone.

 

June training times

Monday - Friday @ 3:30pm and 4:30pm

Saturday @ 8:30am

July-August training times

Monday - Friday @ 10:30am - 2pm - 3:30pm - 4:30pm

Saturday @ 8:30am

- Force plate assessments will be performed place to measure body imbalances.

- Speed and agility testing will be performed to measure athleticism.

- Data will be used to track athletes progression through the programming.

Sessions will include resistance training and teaching proper movement mechanics through a weekly monitored training program. Athletes will also be lead through speed and conditioning sessions to build on their athleticism.

Programming will be developed by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to ensure both safety and progress is made.

High Performance Training
Age 16+

This program is for those looking to perform in higher levels of sport and to even pursue varsity sports. This training will be focused to more advanced training methods with weekly monitoring to ensure progress and stress is managed.

 

June training times

Monday-Wednesday @ 7:15am - 5:30pm

Tuesday - Thursday - Friday @ 7am and 5:30pm

Saturday @ 8:30am

July-August training times

Monday - Friday @ 7am - 5:30pm

Saturday @ 8:30am -12:30pm

Varsity / Pro Package

This program is for those looking for those athletes to compete at the top of their game Programming is structured to meet sport demands to hit key injury areas, and energy system development, otherwise known as building armour and building an engine.

 

Training time

Monday - Friday @ 9am

*Payment plans are available as well as flexible time options to accommodate a busy schedule. **Custom programming is available to accommodate work schedules to allow open gym access later in the evenings or early mornings.
