Synergy classes focus on developing a balance of strength and conditioning. With our Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes being used to develop full body strength with the intent of using more complex lifts. The word complex simply meaning more muscle engagement through the lift. These lifts show better benefits as you can hit more development for the body with less exercises, this allows for getting more done in less time.
Our Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday classes focus more on the HIIT style of training. HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. This style is less weight oriented and more bodyweight movements with the goal of increasing a higher heart rate. It is here where we push our body aerobically allowing to enhance our work capacity.
