Cycling Performance Program Individual Pricing
This program will follow progressive monthly training plans with each session covering mobility, unilateral strength and power, and conditioning. The training will change monthly to build towards peaking the athlete for the upcoming 2026 season.

Option 1:
Coach-led sessions that will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays where the coach will lead you through warm-up to cool down and be able to modify exercises based on skill level.​

Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:30pm
Saturday @ 8:30am

If unable to attend the fixed times, we can provide you the training through our app where you can attend the open gym/class time slots to put in the work. This will allow more flexibility but you may not always have access to a coach to assist.
