NEW Learn to Lift Program

Learn or refresh your basic strength exercises such as : squats, deadlifts, rows, and bench press. Our small group course setting will allow you to feel comfortable, challenged, and motivated. Safety, efficiency of movement, and progression will be the names of the game.

Group 1 - Mondays and Wednesdays at 530

Group 2 - Tuesday and Thursdays at 630
