
After School Performance Program
Structured training that will elevate an athlete's performance all year long! Each session is led by a coach to ensure proper movement skills are followed and that fun is to be had! Sessions run for 45-60 minutes.
Summer/Fall sessions
September 8 - December 19
Training times
Monday - Friday @ 3:30pm and 4:30pm
Saturday @ 8:30am (Used for any missed sessions)

Fundamental Movement Skills
The athletes who take part in this program will be exposed to a variety of movement skills to better their efficiency through daily activity and in sport.
Full Body Training Session
Sessions will include resistance training and teaching proper movement mechanics through a weekly monitored training program. Athletes will also be lead through speed and conditioning sessions to build on their athleticism.
Certified Coaching
Programming will be developed by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to ensure both safety and progress is made.

Nick and the team at Synergy Fitness have been essential in our program's success on the ice.
